Our Social Worker at Kids Can Shine has over 20 years of experience working with children, youth and adults.
What Social can Work Support:
Our social worker specializes in working with children and youth with exceptional needs, helping families navigate parenting challenges, adjust to a child’s diagnosis and manage the complexities of raising a child with special needs.
Our Social Worker also provides compassionate support to adults and parents facing grief and loss, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, chronic stress and burnout. Justin tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Grounded in empathy and a strengths-based perspective, Justin is committed to empowering children, parents and families to build resilience, find balance, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
